Signtronix… Choose Positive!

Everyday you make a choice. You can follow a negative path in life, or you can make the positive choice.

Altogether too many of us greet each day without choosing to be positive and when the day is done, we have accomplished little that will make a difference. Each day when we get out of bed, we should choose to live that day in a positive manner. It shouldn’t matter what the weather is outside, or what’s in the news or what’s happening at work. We can look at life from a positive side or a negative side and only a fool chooses the negative.

Have you ever looked at something through the wrong side of a pair of binoculars? Everything looks far away and small and yet if you look in the other side, everything is close up and big. It’s the same pair of binoculars; you’re just looking at it from two different sides. That’s the way it is with the choices we make in our lives. We are acting on information that is largely colored by our choices. We do things as the result of those choices; we make friendships as the result of the choices we make; we work our jobs, as our choices would dictate.

Choose to have a positive self-image. When we see ourselves as individuals who can accomplish anything, there’s much more of a chance that we will accomplish something!

Choose a positive work life. If we choose a positive path, we tend to influence our co-workers and ourselves toward greater heights. If we’re the boss, we can choose to have a significant effect on the people who work for us… simply by choosing a positive path. We’re especially lucky here at Signtronix to have such incredible people we work with – customers and fellow dealers – on a daily basis.

Choose to have a positive family life. We can choose to always be positive with our families and always reflect that positive outlook when dealing with our family.

Signtronix Diamond Duo Takes On Arkansas

District Manager Kirnan L and Dealer Doug B ended their week in Jacksonville, Arkansas. After lighting up everything from Bowling Alleys to Lube and Oil Shops, Coffee Shops to Insurance Offices, this Arkansas “Diamond Duo” was able to send in contracts for very happy customers. TAP Superstars Allison H and Cynthia V were a tremendous help. Kirnan said, “These two Ladies are real professionals at what they do! Their help is quick, to the point, and they do it without wasting a lot of time.”

With Saddened Hearts, Signtronix announces

Everyone at Signtronix is mourning the loss of Wisconsin Regional Manager Tony M. Tony was a wonderful person and everyone who knew him loved him. Tony was a part of Signtronix for 12 years. In that time, he left his mark on the company and on the hearts of his many friends and co-workers.

Signtronix Swashbucklers Making A Name In Lake Charles

The Lake Charles Swashbucklers are at it again! Chris B called on a new Restaurant in Sulpher, LA where the owner was so impressed with the artwork Chris designed, he ordered a Model 310 Flush Mount. Not to be outdone, Jamie L visited with Gulf Coast Carpet where he placed a Model 46 D/F with custom art. Regional Manager Tom D got in on the act BIG TIME! Tom placed a Model 46 D/F with custom art to an Auto Repair Shop.

Signtronix Arizona Cool Rays Hit Jackpot

The Copper State Signtronix Cool Rays had a fantastic week! Three Cool Ray Dealers had MULTIPLE DEAL DAYS! Regional Manager Harold W joined in with a multiple deal day as well.

Chris A has accomplished a goal he has been chasing for a long time… A HAT TRICK! That’s right, THREE contracts in one day! Congrats, Chris! You deserve it.

My Signtronix Sijan Award – Then

This is a very powerful statement from Signtronix Regional Manager Richard H. Thank you for your great story!

I had always admired and been in awe seeing other people put forth championship results in our industry. For many years, I had wished I could accomplish these feats, but I couldn’t quite get a grasp on what to do. For quite some time, I just accepted being mediocre and slowly grew weary of the business. At one point, I reached an all time low in my life and something was going to have to give. Something snapped inside, and I searched out help from a fellow Signtronix friend. This friend counseled me and turned me on to some new ways of thinking. Finally, after being exposed to “self help” positive thinking success ministers and gurus, I was stimulated by the possibilities available. I had a quantum leap in thinking, an epiphany.

Signtronix Trailblazers Continue to Thrive

Dallas/Ft. Worth Trailblazer Tyler D had a fantastic week last week by placing 3 locations!!! He started the week with a set of 2-line 8′ Tri-color EMC’s to a Body Shop. He then turned around and placed a Model 46 to a Home Health Agency and finally wrapped up with a Model 46 to a Chiropractor. Way to go Tyler.

Earnie B continues to get better and better in the business. This newcomer just wrapped up his 7th contract, which was a Model 48 to a Body Shop. In addition, he got his 8th contracts with a Model 46 to a Flower Shop. Earnie is the Trailblazers to watch out for.

Lessons I Learned From My Field Trainer

After being in the business for about 3 months, I met a young man from Wisconsin, who I was to ride with for 3 days. During those 3 days I learned many of the lessons which I carry with me to this day. The first day we met early. He was a true Signtronix professional. Out of the hotel by 8:00am, we drove to a nearby town, and started out the day by calling on a business for the sole purpose of developing referrals. The first day ended up with the sale of a Model 48, which had so many lessons in it… I just have to share.
