Signtronix – Where is YOUR Manpower?

Manpower is and always has been the lifeblood of Signtronix. It’s the size of a Region in Dealer count that largely dictates the success of a region based on volume and contracts obtained. In order to grow, a region MUST be built and nourished. This nourishment can come from a few different places. First, we have advertising including careerbuilder.com and monster.com and Newspaper ads directing career searchers to the Signtronix Careers website.

Have you seen the career website?

Have you told someone about it?

Check it out at: www.signtronixcareers.com

Remember, even with the Manpower program and all the resumes we could ever want, PERSONAL RECRUITING is an enormously effective way to grow our company while sharing the amazing Signtronix opportunity with those around you.

Are you personally recruiting?

Do you take advantage of the recruiting brochure?

To help in your Personal Recruiting, President, Tom Johnson and Vernie Boren have given some of their best tips!

Keep the recruiting brochure with you at all times! Keep one in your pocket, one in your book and a handful in your car.

Take time and really think about who you could bring into the business. Set aside 30 minutes to make a list of people you know who could benefit from the Signtronix opportunity. Church affiliations, social clubs, sports groups, etc.

•REMEMBER TO ASK! When you’re wrapping up a sale, you ASK for names of other businesses that could use a new sign, right? Why not ASK for names of people looking for a new career too? Small business owners know lots of people who call on small businesses! Remember to ask!

•ALWAYS go down to the front desk before you turn in for the night and tell them about what we do. Business professionals that travel a lot tend to stay in the same places. The associates at the front desk know plenty of people that are used to traveling. Ask John and Tony Marty about Motels…their last trip they wrote contracts at TWO of the Motels where they were staying!

Tell people what you do even if you’re not “working” or in a

lite-up situation. Take Jonathan Imberi for instance. He is interviewing a potential Dealer all because he rolled down the window! Looking for new office space, Jonathan and Sara Imberi were in a rough part of town when a lady in a car pulled up next to them and commented on their out of town license plates. Next thing you know her husband is contacting Jonathan for an interview!

Make Personal Recruiting a habit while you’re on the road!

Kudos to those who have already personally shared the Signtronix opportunity. John Marty, Tim McNeal, Ron Gither, Sonny Holderbaugh, Jonathan Imberi and many others have already recruited their children, spouses and friends. To see families and friends working together is a great testimony to customers and potential Dealers of the profitable and fulfilling opportunities found within Signtronix.

 Signtronix,

Mr. Luis Aguilar,

I have been very pleased with our new sign. I have been in business 5 years. I purchased the sign from Luis about 10 months ago. It has been the best advertising investment we have done. Many of our new local customers never knew we were here until we put up our sign, even though they had driven by us for the last several years. We have noticed a tremendous increase in business, I would estimate that it has increased the business 40%.We especially noticed new A/C customers!

The sign arrived on time and was very easy to install. What has really impressed me is how indestructible the sign is. Several days a month I will find rail-road spikes that had been thrown at the sign by local vandals. No damage has been done to the face at all. My neighbor has a regular plastic faced sign and he has had to replace it at least 5 times in the last couple of years due to vandals. I believe anyone can increase their business with one of these signs. Please call me if you have any questions.

What’s Your Signtronix Story?

Published by Sarah on November 5th, 2011 - in Signtronix

Every Regional Manager, District Manager and Dealer has a story of how they started at Signtronix. Knowing where we came from gives us a strong foundation to build on, to grow from and to know exactly where we want to go.

District Manager for the Texas Trailblazers Macie Condra…This is his Story.

“I have never left a business where I wasn’t excited to go back and hear how the sign has increased their business.”

Independence. More than anything else, what a career with Signtronix affords a person is independence.

When most people think of independence, they think of it in the sense of being free from an oppressive government. The truth is, there are a lot of people in our country that don’t have independence. They are beholden to an employer, depending on them for their livelihood. They’re not free from the want of food, shelter and clothing.

As a professional salesperson with Signtronix, I am free to decide my own economic climate. I alone choose what my paycheck will be. I am truly liberated. When the mainstream media chooses to report only negative economic reports, I pay them no attention. When they say we’re in a recession, I simply choose not to participate. My independence comes from the fact that I alone choose every morning what my financial fate will be. I don’t worry about rumors of layoffs or downsizing. The only person who can fire me is Macie Condra. I don’t have to sit in an office cooling my heels waiting to see the boss to ask for a pay raise. The only thing I have to do is stand in the mirror and tell myself to change the position of the decimal in my check! My pay is cut only if I decide not to go to work, which rarely happens because helping independent businesses succeed is very rewarding.

I take pride in being able to assist independent businesses compete in a very challenging marketplace. Unable to afford the type of media blitz the large chains can, in many cases; these businesses rely solely on their signs to communicate with their market. We even the playing field and give these businesses the image they desire for their business.

The increased customer flow our signs provide can change a family’s financial legacy for many generations to come. Because of our products many people have achieved the financial independence they desire. Our products have provided retirements for business owners that wouldn’t have otherwise been able to retire. Countless children have been able to get a college education as a result of our product. Someone once asked me how much money I made selling signs. I told them not nearly as much as the customers make from them! I have never left a business where I wasn’t excited to go back and hear how the sign has increased their business.

If you are truly looking for independence, for a career rather than a job, you will find it at Signtronix!

California Landsharks

New dealer, Bernie Sanders, spent his first day in the field being trained by District Manager Ron MacLachlan. After getting a taste of success, Bernie went out on his own and sold a Hardware Store that had been in business for 23 years. Bernie built value and walked away with a commission.  Welcome aboard, and we know we’ll hear more from Bernie!

Ron MacLachlan burned the midnight oil and showed up at the Landshark meeting with an order for an ISLED-50. Ron was determined to get in five lite-ups and went home at 10:00 pm! He followed that performance the next day with an ISLED-40. He also won a Landshark contest and received a two-tone Bulova watch.

Super Star Tim Schomer closed a beautiful package including a two Grayscale EMC’s and a Model 38. Not bad, Tim! Keep up the great work.

New Dealer David Brimer closed his first sale and broke the ice. He was very excited! We’ll definitely be hearing more about this personal recruit! Roving Landshark Joe Deutsch dropped off four orders filling his pockets with lots of cash and selling an ISLED-40 and

FOUR ISLED-40-4’s! Count em’ we said 4!

RM Jim Callahan is very proud of his team and congratulates them on another great performance!

Signtronix Lady Of The Month

Carmen Rodriguez

Throughout history, women have achieved amazing success marking their place in this world. However, it takes an especially strong, dynamic and eloquent woman to claim her place and rise to the top in the predominantly male environment of sales. We’ve seen some incredible women at Signtronix, but one stands out as a true class-act leader. (more…)

Wisconsin Wizards

RM Tony McGuire is teaching magic to the new Wisconsin Wizards! New dealer Nancy Block broke the ice at a Pizza Parlor with an indoor ISLED Combo…complete with overage! Tom Hook closed his biggest contract since joining Signtronix 3 years ago! Congrats! It came with three other orders! After his recent stroke, Tom is doing extremely well and his biggest order was just under 20k!

Tony said, “Congratulations to both Tom and Nancy!” Watch out, Tony has another Wizard heading into class. Jennifer comes from the sign business and Tony knows she will do extremely well with Signtronix!
