Singtronix Super Salesman RM Al Borgers had his work cut out for him today.  And, we all know how much Al loves a challenge.  Al called on a Florist Shop that has been in business for over 32 years and made his presentation.   Along the way, the customer got distracted a few times.  (more…)

Two weeks ago Signtronix RM Howard Foy was able to recruit and train 6 new dealers. With the help of Signtronix DM Jeff Foy, they cleaned the spider webs off of their samples and presentations and hit it hard.  Howard said, “These new dealers are the best I’ve ever had.”   Howard headed out with 3 of them, and they farmed a small town inMissouri.  Howard showed them how it’s done by placing a Model 48 panel change at a Restaurant with new owners. The Restaurant gave them several referrals, and then Howard showed the new dealers how to farm a town row by row. On Friday, Howard showed them 4 lite-ups and closed on 3 of them.  A Daylight Donuts Shop has a new Signtronix Model 44 Arch coming their way. The owner referred them across the street to an old Hardware Store with a new owner wanting to update his image. They were able to close on a Model 48 Crown, a set of Model 48 panels for an old  sign at another of his businesses and a 2 line Tri-color EMC for the back of his store. The last lite-up of the day was an Auto Repair Shop.  The Auto Repair Shop is now waiting for a Signtronix Model 44 Arch Flush Mount for the front of the shop.

The Signtronix Diamonds are back in action and going strong.   And it looks like Howard Foy still has his mojo!

Signtronix – Alabama A Team Growing Strong

ICE Breaks in Alabama. Signtronix New dealer and personal recruit Eric Ripple is off to a successful start.  As a personal Trainer at Gold’s Gym, Eric met Signtronix DM Brandon Gither. While Eric was showing Brandon how to get in physical shape, Brandon was sharing his Signtronix success story with Eric. Although Eric enjoyed his job at the gym, he didn’t feel the compensation matched his efforts. After training in the classroom, he hit the streets with his field trainer Brandon and saw how the program works. On his first day out solo, Eric found a Salon in need of help. With some help from TAP rep Chris Ingemi, Eric was able to help his customer with an inside-out package and put a nice “chunk of change” in his pocket. Helping people never paid so well. Signtronix  RM Ron Gither is very proud of his growing team!

Teamwork Makes It Happen

San Antonio Gunslingers Signtronix  RM Joel Pelton and his team are making it happen.  Signtronix DM Daniel Reuter and Clay Sultemeier are back at it writing up lots of locations inSouth Texas.  In one day the place a Model 34 to a Hair Salon, a Model 35 to an Amusement Center and Model 46 to another Hair Salon.  Way to go!

Greg Sandoval placed panel to an old customer at aBurger Place and picked up a GREAT testimonial letter.  The Burger Joint was so excited because their business had increased 200% since they got their Signtronix sign.  Nice job, Greg!

Daniel Reuter and Signtronix new dealer, Misty Blakeley, worked together trading lite-ups.  Misty wrote up an order for a set of panels to a Day Spa and then on Dan’s turn he placed a Model 36 to an Auto Repair business inAustin.  Teamwork makes it happen!

Signtronix -Timberwolves Heating Up The Country

Signtronix DM Bob “SpongeBob” Hollen once again is leading the way for the Timberwolves.  He called on a lead from Stacy Neill  (Thank you, Stacy!).  It was a new Trader’s/Craft Mall business, but the owner had one of our Model 68′s. As usual, Bob did a great presentation.  They loved what Bob showed them he could do for their image (it’s not a junk mall!).  They ordered 68 face panels with TWO 3-line Tri-Color EMC’s.  Nice order, Bob!  Thank you also goes to Brad Whistler of Signtronix  for his help on the artwork!

Bob then found a previous customer with one of our Model 612′s who owns an Auto Repair Shop. Bob made it possible for him to get new face panels that will give his business a great new image.  He also placed sign packages at a Jewlery Store and a Furniture Store.  The list goes on for Bob Hollen!

Alan McCamey of Signtronix did a presentation for the owner of an Antique Store.  They now have an LED-60 on the way!  He then made a call on an Optometrist and caught the owner there.  It turns out she has another office and is at the office where Alan caught her only one day a week.  Guess it was meant to be!  Alan said this was one of those “he couldn’t have messed it up if he tried.”  She is anxiously waiting for her new LED-40, and there’s a good chance she’ll get one for her other office as well!  He called on another professional business owner, a Dentist, and LET them get an ISLED-40.  Great going, Alan!

Keith Hudson in Signtronix  is getting back on track and placed an LED-60 to a business called “The Store.”  He also placed LED-60’s to a Hair Salon and a Paint.  Those 60″ window signs are killer! Right, Keith?  Welcome back!

Allan Jones  in Signtronix placed an LED-40 at a Storage Facility.  Allan said it was everything he could do to keep the owner from grabbing the paperwork and start filling it out!  That was only halfway through the presentation.  But, Allan resisted the temptation because he knew he had to follow the program so the customer would understand the benefits of what it would do for him.  That’s using your head, Allan!

New Rhino Takes Texas by Storm – Signtronix

Congratulations to new Signtronix Dealer Ann Spencer on her performance. Ann came to Signtronix with little sales experience and at first had doubts about her abilities, but with reassurance from Signtronix RM Carmen Rodriguez and Signtronix DM Cesar Alvarez she now believes without a doubt she can be very successful. Ann reminds Carmen and Cesar every day how much she loves Signtronix. In Ann’s first three weeks, she has already sold FOUR contracts. She has two Models 510′s; one to a Real Estate Office and the other to a Bowling Alley. A Model 36 is headed to another Bowling Alley. When Ann sold her 4th contract, a Model 46 to a Mexican Restaurant, she realized that we not only help customers increase their business, but also that she was becoming a great actress and sales professional and loves every minute. Great job, Ann!

Signtronix DM Cesar Alvarez and Heriberto Pena met with the owner of a Car Wash in Webster, Texas that had already been working with another Sign Company by email. Cesar gave a great presentation and Heriberto designed an awesome sign. The owner was impressed with Cesar and Heriberto and ordered a Model 612 and two EMC’s. In the middle of writing the order the gentlemen from the other Sign Company walked in and the owner said, “I guess I need to break the news to him!”  Heriberto Pena is a professional graphic designer and does outstanding designs. DM Cesar Alvarez and Heriberto continue to work hard and smart. Cesar is building a strong team and Carmen couldn’t be more proud!   A big Rhino thank you to TAP Rep Ali Howe for her endless help. “You are greatly appreciated, Ali.”

Signtronix – Kick the Procrastination Habit

By Maria Gracia

“I’ll get to it–when I get a chance.”  You know what that means don’t you? You’ll never get to it! Here are 8 simple ways to kick the procrastination habit and start getting things done.

  1. BREAK IT DOWN. Seem overwhelming? Don’t look at everything as one big project. Break goals, projects or tasks down into small parts. Assign a specific deadline (date and time) to each part.
  2. WRITE IT DOWN. Make it official by recording on paper, what needs to be done. When it’s written down, it’s more concrete, and there’s a greater chance you’ll start and complete it.
  3. TELL SOMEONE. Tell a friend, associate or loved one what your plans are. Discuss decisions that need to be made with others. Ask a friend or associate for some ongoing motivation. Sometimes an outside perspective may be all you need to get started.
  4. SCHEDULE. Establish a regular time each day to work on your goal, project or task.
  5. USE PROPER TOOLS. Organize your environment, complete with the tools you need, so it is conducive to working.
  6. POST REMINDERS. Keep your goals in front of you. Post reminders of your goals and deadlines where you can constantly see them.
  7. I’LL ONLY DO THIS, IF I COMPLETE . . . Make something you normally do and enjoy contingent upon doing the avoided task. For example: “I will not watch my favorite television program until I complete Part A of my project.”  By the way, no fair cheating!
  8. SET REWARDS. Set rewards for your ultimate goals and mini-goals. You’ll constantly have something enjoyable to look forward to.

Signtronix – Gunslingers and Brody Hall

Lots of Activity for Signtronix  Gunslingers

Joel Pelton’s San Antonio Gunslingers reported lots of activity this week led by the newest Sijan Award winner, Signtronix DM Daniel Reuter. Working with Clay Sultemeier of Signtronix , they placed an LED-60 at a Tattoo Studio. Working alone, Daniel received 2 leads from a previous customer that had given him several earlier leads, but not without first placing an IS-40 at that Tattoo Studio. Maybe Daniel should consider getting Sijan wings tattooed on him. We have a feeling there are more coming! Daniel also placed a DF Model 46 at a Burger Joint and another DF Model 46 at a Day Spa. Working on his own, Clay Sultemeier placed a DF Model 46 at an Auto Repair Shop. Greg Sandoval placed a Model 48 at a Ballroom, Michael Petty placed a DF Model 48 at a Feed Store and Christina Garza placed a DF Model 48 at an Auto Business. Way to keep the factory running, Gunslingers!  We like the tattoo idea, Dan!

?Two months ago we were not sure if this day would ever come but with the combination of endless prayers, an amazing God, the best doctors and one tough little boy this day has arrived! There are no words to express my level of happiness and gratitude right now!  Signtronix RM Taylor, Jenny & Cameron Hall are taking baby, Brody, home from the hospital today!  Keep them in your prayers.  Welcome home Signtronix Brody.  We love you!
