How many times have you driven by a sign that you know is brand new but looks awful? Boston Team Eagle DM Jim Dodson just couldn’t drive by and do nothing. So, he made a U-turn and walked into the business.
He spoke with the owner and it didn’t take long to realize that he also hated the sign. The owner told Jim he was actually surveying his customers asking how they liked his sign and the feedback wasn’t good. Jim designed a Model 58 DF Hybrid… you can’t get any better than that! The owner knew that everyday he left the sign up he had he was losing money. His words were, “When you make a mistake, fix it.” The unbelievable part was what he actually paid for his first sign. But, you’ll have to wait for the video testimonial to find that out. Good job Jim. You don’t know what kind of attitude you will find behind closed doors until you walk in and say hello! Jim has also been Field Training new dealer Brian Williams. Brian got his Icebreaker placing an LED-60 to a Convenience Store and followed it up with another LED to a Barber Shop. Keep up the good work Brian this is just the beginning!
