Stick-to-itiveness… How strong is yours? Think about that the next time you’re ready to walk away from a personal goal or duty. Would a little stick-to-itiveness come in handy? What can you do to ensure you don’t give up? Only you can answer that question, but there is surely a personalized answer for everyone.

Have your motivations written down and make sure you know WHY you do the things you do. Why do you work so hard? What enables you to strive for the absolute best? What will stick-to-itiveness do for you?

It’s not always easy to endure, to pick ourselves up when we’ve fallen or to keep at something difficult. The good thing is we all have some stick-to-itiveness in us. Sometimes it’s hard to see and even harder to reach, but it’s in there!

Vince Lombardi said, “The spirit, the will to win, and the will to excel are the things that endure. These qualities are so much more important than the events that occur.”

There can be days, weeks, sometimes months, where you work at something new and feel like it is a continuous struggle and only see little signs of progress. But you keep at it anyway. You stay focused and stick to the plan. Then one day you just FEEL the synergy connect and everything comes together. You finally reach that next level. Today is just another ordinary day with just the right hint of EXTRAordinary. Do the work, do not quit, the rewards are there.
