Manpower is and always has been the lifeblood of Signtronix. It’s the size of a Region in Dealer count that largely dictates the success of a region based on volume and contracts obtained. In order to grow, a region MUST be built and nourished. This nourishment can come from a few different places. First, we have advertising including careerbuilder.com and monster.com and Newspaper ads directing career searchers to the Signtronix Careers website.
Have you seen the career website?
Have you told someone about it?
Check it out at: www.signtronixcareers.com
Remember, even with the Manpower program and all the resumes we could ever want, PERSONAL RECRUITING is an enormously effective way to grow our company while sharing the amazing Signtronix opportunity with those around you.
Are you personally recruiting?
Do you take advantage of the recruiting brochure?
To help in your Personal Recruiting, President, Tom Johnson and Vernie Boren have given some of their best tips!
•Keep the recruiting brochure with you at all times! Keep one in your pocket, one in your book and a handful in your car.
•Take time and really think about who you could bring into the business. Set aside 30 minutes to make a list of people you know who could benefit from the Signtronix opportunity. Church affiliations, social clubs, sports groups, etc.
•REMEMBER TO ASK! When you’re wrapping up a sale, you ASK for names of other businesses that could use a new sign, right? Why not ASK for names of people looking for a new career too? Small business owners know lots of people who call on small businesses! Remember to ask!
•ALWAYS go down to the front desk before you turn in for the night and tell them about what we do. Business professionals that travel a lot tend to stay in the same places. The associates at the front desk know plenty of people that are used to traveling. Ask John and Tony Marty about Motels…their last trip they wrote contracts at TWO of the Motels where they were staying!
•Tell people what you do even if you’re not “working” or in a
lite-up situation. Take Jonathan Imberi for instance. He is interviewing a potential Dealer all because he rolled down the window! Looking for new office space, Jonathan and Sara Imberi were in a rough part of town when a lady in a car pulled up next to them and commented on their out of town license plates. Next thing you know her husband is contacting Jonathan for an interview!
•Make Personal Recruiting a habit while you’re on the road!
Kudos to those who have already personally shared the Signtronix opportunity. John Marty, Tim McNeal, Ron Gither, Sonny Holderbaugh, Jonathan Imberi and many others have already recruited their children, spouses and friends. To see families and friends working together is a great testimony to customers and potential Dealers of the profitable and fulfilling opportunities found within Signtronix.
