2008 Indiana Timberwolves

DM Bob “Sponge Bob” Hollen had a whirlwind of sales for the month! He placed contracts at a Physical Therapy Office, a Hair Salon, a Restaurant, a Bar, another Restaurant, an Auto Repair Shop, a Body Shop, an Auto Stereo Business, a Music Store and a Pizza/Deli amongst other contracts. One thing for sure is that Bob doesn’t discriminate against any type of business. He calls on everyone, follows the program and makes a lot of friends! He earned the Timberwolf Dealer of the Month award for March. Bob is determined to get his District back to #1!

Carrie Burns made friends with the owners of a Hair Salon, Medical Scrubs, Furniture Store and a Tanning Salon. Carrie is just getting warmed up and is going to push for the #1 Timberwolves Dealer in April!

Bruce Miller wrote contracts at a Barber Shop, a Pet Grooming Business and a Jewelry Store. Allan Jones ran across the owner of a Check Cashing Business (who just happened to own 5 locations) and helped him with FIVE ISLED-40’s! Wow! He also wrote a contract at an Italian Grill for an LED-50 with 2,000 overage! DM Bill Childers chipped in with a TWO 8ft EMC’s at a Car Wash and an ISLED-40 at an Auto Repair Business. DM Keith Hudson recently placed a Model 36. Most importantly, he has recommitted himself to helping a lot of customers and becoming a major contributor in moving the Timberwolves back into the top regional position.

RM Dave Grosmann said, “We’d like to welcome several new Dealers into the Timberwolf lair: Bob Westwater, Mike Gagen, Dan Lancaster, Alan McCamey, and Larry Utz. We fully expect to hear from these guys in a big way. “Welcome to Signtronix!

Florida Alligators

Michael Hartnett broke the ICE with an LED-40 to a Travel Agency. Mike learned how valuable it is to stick to the presentation and follow the program.

Doug Stricklan made friends with the owner of a Picture Framing Shop. After a convincing presentation, the owner felt that her front window frames needed the LED-40. Doug signed her up on a Lease and was on his way with 455.

Michael Rivera continues to lite-em up and write-em! Michael wrote TWO contracts for Indoor Combos in one day! Great job!

Ozy Alvarado followed up his ICE Breaker with another placement of an ISLED-40 and is looking forward to many more contracts. The newest Alligators are ramping up for a Super Year!

New England Novas

Milt Mannix and his daughter, Francesca

New England Nova Roland Dumont found himself suffering from RGB Fever! He sold three contracts including a PAIR of RGB EMC’s… that’s 36,000 in Volume! WOW! Way to go, Roland!

Fellow Nova Charisa Legault caught some EMC fever when she placed a large EMC last week and brought home over 2,000 in commission! We all hope the fever doesn’t go away! RM Milt Mannix is very proud of the EMC fever his team is experiencing. Nice work, Charisa!

RM of the Worcester Vikings Lissie Wagner placed a set of Model 45 panels. Star Viking Walter Halpin earned his bonus sign for March. Congrats, Walter! Keep up the great work!

Carolina Panthers

DM Bill Bennetti has had a rough month! His sweet Grandmother passed away, he had to have surgery on some impacted wisdom teeth and a couple other significant hang-ups. Even though he was taken out of the field for over half the month, he still managed to write SIX contracts. He doesn’t ever make excuses and he doesn’t let bumps in the road deter him from continuing on the same successful road.

Roger Paul won gas cards from Bill Bennetti

He perseveres and trains the mighty Panthers to do the same. RM Paul Shawley is very proud of Bill and the great work he does for the Panther Region.

Heart of America

All-Star mentor, Rick Rossetti, visited the Heart of America recently to train three new Dealers. Ready to grab their Signtronix slice of life are Keith Kelly, Jason Batey, and Ryan Wurster. All three gained terrific insight from Rick’s training, and “old guys” Jon Eckhoff, Jeff Winberry, and Mike Conroy.

Jeff Winberry, Jon Eckhoff, and Mike Conroy

While the new group was training, Jon and Jeff were lighting up the town, placing ISLED-40s at two Salons and a fistful of referrals. Mike Conroy keeps finding people who were thinking about adding to their signage. Mike found an Amusement Company who fell in love with the indoor message centers. “Let’s get er done,” was the owner’s response at the end of Main Street.

RM John Marty placed a pair of 8 ft EMC’s at a Cash Store, and an identical pair at an Appliance Store. A Temporary Staffing Business saw an ISLED-40 John placed earlier, and couldn’t pass up the chance to draw attention to his business as well.

Atlanta Bulldogs

2008 Atlanta Bulldogs

New Atlanta Bulldog Dealer Adriaan Lubbe is fresh out of class and on a mission to break some ice! Adriaan studied extremely hard and knows the presentation well. He is a well-seasoned sales professional and the Bulldogs are very glad to have him on the team.

Thank you to everyone who has sent their support and prayers to Jamie and Natalie Scott for their son Nathan. Nathan is doing very well and, as of now, will not need any further surgery! Jamie has continued to work hard as a District Manager and is helping new Dealers and businesses to succeed.

Bill Brown learned first hand how great it is when we get leads from Stacey at the home office! He set an appointment with the business owner and locked him in on a showcase price for an LED-40. Thanks, Stacey! Great job, Bill!

Marvin Paige is a “Machine”. Since Marvin started the first part of February THIS YEAR, he has set his goals high. He has multiple GAW plaques and his two GAW watch. He met the qualifications for the Century Club. Marvin also won his rookie bonus sign that he just sold! Most recently, he earned a SIX Grand-A-Day Plaque for placing SIX single faced 8ft EMC’s to a business. This also won him his 3 GAW suit!

Taylor and Jenny Hall said, “We are very proud of all our Bulldogs and look forward to even better months ahead! Great job, everyone!”

Steel City Eagles

Jeff Kurtz doesn’t waste any time when it comes to learning our business. He has familiarized himself with CorelDraw and made some great sales with his new skills.

Jason Kennedy has been hitting the pavement hard and it has paid off. While with Ryan Popko he placed a Model 34 to a Notary! He wrote the contract with 350 overage and took 430 to the bank!

Jason also went out with Frank “The TANK” Marzullo. A friend of Jason’s was opening a new Tattoo, Body Piercing and Permanent Make-Up Studio and told him he wanted the best and brightest sign on the market! A black cabinet Model 66 with a dangerously cool custom design is on RUSH order for owner!

DM Brad Whistler was working with new Dealer Jackie Smith. They found a Car Wash ready to buy signage! After the owner’s wife helped design the sign, there was no way this proud husband could say no! Brad took home a 900 paycheck!

Frank Marzullo is the Eagle who loves to sell signage to Bars! He recently sold his bonus sign to a Bar and made about 3,000! Same day, he placed a Model 46 at another Bar and left with 600. The following day he placed a Model 46 at… you guessed it… a Bar!

DM Mark Gowen must be hanging out with Frank because he placed a set of 2-line 6ft EMC’s at a BAR! The owner was a previous customer of Mark’s and said, “I’ve got to have them!” Mark took home 1,600!

Atlantic Cruisers

David Parramore and Gary Hoerlein

The Atlantic Cruisers welcome New Dealers, David Parramore and Ken Wade. After class room training with Kathy Hoerlein, David broke the Ice with back-to-back LED-40 contracts! We are definitely looking for great things to come!

They are dedicated and looking to become a top Region!

St. Louis Road Warriors

After a fantastic time at the St. Louis sales meeting, the St. Louis Road Warriors knew it was time to get back home on the open road! So off they went. Sandy and Tom Colvin opened their cabin at The Lake of the Ozarks for a week of selling and story telling.

DM Tim McNeal and his District wrote up scores of contracts! After coming down off of a sales high, they were again thrown into gear with home cooked meals courtesy of Stephanie and Ron English! Ron Gither had a FIVE contract week and won RM Jeff and Shelley’s “Breakfast at the Ritz” promotion. Tim McNeal and Liz McNeal contributed much to the trip and were proud to watch Seth McNeal, their 21 year old son, write FOUR deals in a week, making over 3000!

President Tom Johnson and Tzofia Dean

New Dealer Jon McOwan followed suit writing FOUR contracts during the week. He scored over 2000 in commissions, won his gold watch and the famous 100 brunch at the Ritz with his Mom. Ralph Neal, Travis Popp and Bob Schmidt, also enjoyed the road trip. Jeff said, “We are looking forward to good things out of all of them!”

Justin Travis just got his icebreaker at a Weight Loss Shop. Congratulations! With over 20 contracts for the week, the Road Warriors are heading in the right direction! They know the value of hard work! Keep up the fantastic efforts in St. Louis!

Minnesota Eagles

RM Terry Wigginton sold seven contracts in four days! It wasn’t the seven contracts in four days that amazed Terry. He knew that he worked his 24-Call Sheet and made the lite-ups necessary to sell that many contracts. What amazed Terry is when he experienced his own Denny “You’ll never believe what happened to me today” Giacobe moment.

So Terry “You’ll never believe what happened to me today” Wigginton met up with an owner of a Bar. This owner was a “Yes” man. He agreed with everything Terry had to say… so much that Terry thought the guy was agreeing with him just to get rid of him! Terry designed a Model 44 with Custom Art and showed the owner. He didn’t get much reaction from the owner. Then he showed the owner a photograph on his laptop of what the installed sign would look like. The owner finally gave a reaction and, of course, said, “Yeah, I like it.” Terry continued, but the owner interrupted and said, “Looks great! Let’s get this ordered.”

Although very excited, Terry was a bit confused. They hadn’t talked about PRICE at all yet! Terry asked the owner, “Would you like to know how much it costs?” The owner replies, “It doesn’t much matter how much it is, I like it.” Terry quoted him retail and the owner just said, “Yep, that’ll work.” Wow!

Texas Trailblazers

It’s getting toward the end of Trailblazer Madness! Soon we will find out which Trailblazer prevailed in the contest of strength, agility and sales!

Jared Castillo showed the value of working hard and prospecting with a new Dealer. This veteran did it ‘by the book’ and has four beautiful contracts totaling over 20,000 in Volume to show for his efforts.

Greg Reed had a great week by writing up a 4-line Tri-Color and a set of panels. Tyler Derebery, Stan Sasser, Cheryl Zimmer, Macie Condra, Ken Hicks and Steve Harms placed locations all over Texas and Oklahoma!

Alan King

Alan King, “The Human Dynamo”, continues to show why he’s the man to beat in Trailblazer Madness. He placed another four contracts totaling over 20,000 in business. Look Out…

The New Jersey Generals are proud to report that James Foley has placed three locations in one week!

Nashville Katz

RM Bill Gigax has found gold in the Nashville area! New Dealer Gabriel Saunders is a goldmine! Gabriel got his icebreaker when he placed an ISLED-40. It’s been a bit slow since his icebreaker, but he’s now figured out the key to this business… Lite ‘em up, have fun and make some friends! You’ll do fantastic, Gabriel!

Bill said, “Gabriel is the most dedicated and committed person I have ever met! I’m extremely impressed with him! I know he is going to do great things.”

Gabriel has a wonderful wife and 8 ½ kids! We welcome all of you to the Signtronix family! We’re glad to have you.

The same day, Eric placed an 8ft EMC at a Bowling Alley. This contract marked the FIRST outdoor EMC he has ever sold! For this day of Firsts, Eric took over 2,500 to the bank! Great job, Eric! Keep up the hard work!

San Antonio Gunslinger Tony Borrego was the nation’s #1 dealer for February 2008 and has continued his winning ways! He added FOUR contracts to his totals recently! That’s FOUR contracts by 4:00pm! Yes, FOUR in one day!

Tony is working with fellow Gunslinger George Taylor and they are going for another BIG bonus sign this month. Watch out for Gunslingers. They are shooting up signs all over!
