Atlantic Cruisers

RM Gary Hoerlein is extremely proud of his Dealers! Bruce Hollister, a relatively new Dealer, has been tearing up the field! With three solid weeks in the field, he has sold SIX contracts already!

Traci Branan has been with the Cruisers about four months now and already she was able capture #7 Dealer for Volume in the month of March! WOW! She followed up a fabulous month of March by continuing to write contracts and another HUGE sale! She placed TWO Model 46s and TWO 3-line Message Centers for a total of $40,000 in volume! Don’t worry…her bank was able to accommodate her $5400 commission check! Keep up the great work!

Florida Alligators

Ricky Rizzi has earned the title of “First Alligator to place a set of LED Channel Letters.” Ricky helped a Tanning Salon replace their current Grand Opening Banner with Channel Letters. The customer was very excited about the quality, but the price of the LED’s was more than he expected. He had just dished out over $16,000 cash to redo the electrical for the tanning beds. TAP rep Paula Smith was able to negotiate with the owner and soon the monthly investment was the key to helping him. He is now the proud owner of the first LED Channel Letters in the region. AWESOME job, Ricky!

New Dealer Robert Canchola is at it again! After two weeks in the field and writing one contract each week, Robert told RM Doug Clark he was going to help two customers this week. Robert called Doug by 12 noon on Tuesday with his first placement of the week to another Tanning Salon. Keep up the great work Robert!

The littlest Alligator, Hannah Clark

Nashville Katz

Randy Peach of the Nashville Katz is fired up! Helping folks is his passion. He helped out a Family Restaurant with a Model 68, then a Model 45 at a Barber Shop. After two great sales during the week, Randy was still out working on a Saturday…yes it paid off! A beautiful Model 316 is going out to a Pizza Restaurant. He also wrote a Model 48 and an EMC at a Pharmacy along with a Model 48 and Model 44 to a Candy Shop! $8,000 in commission in 8 days! WOW!

An essential dealer to the Katz team, Tim Roche helped a business with an awesome looking Model 46. It was “essential” this Hair & Spa Shop got their new sign!

The Katz would like to welcome three new dealers to the team. Gary Ellison, Don Kazee, & Mike West are fired up and looking forward to long successful careers with Signtronix.

St. Louis Road Warriors

The Road Warriors have been true to their name. They have been traveling through the Ozarks as a group, and it paid off! Meeting on the road were John Marty, Greg Michell, Jeff Dean, Tim McNeal, Ron Gither, Dustin Gither, Seth McNeal, Bryan Smith, Lloyd Cuistion, Dwight Kossman and Jamie Watts. Jamie Watts broke the ice on the trip at an Alignment shop!

So far this year RM Jeff Dean has given out over 39 plaques. There has been more than 21 Two Grand-a-Weeks, at least 11 Three Grand-a-Weeks, and 5 Four, Five or Six Grand-a-Weeks awarded.

Seth McNeal of the St. Louis Road Warriors spent two weeks on the road! The trip went well but particularly the last two days of his trip were great! He sold an ISLED-40 to a Furniture Store who has been in business for eight years. Their new LED will save them tons of money on advertising costs! Seth also sold another ISLED-40 to a Party Planning Business. This business has only been up and running for 2 months and Seth told them, “This is the most professional way to start your business!” That’s all they needed to hear!

DM Ron Gither helped his son Dustin with a $19,000 Channel Letter order for an Eyewear Store and then went down the road to help new Dealer Dwight Kossman get his icebreaker on a set of 8ft EMCs at an Auto Dealership. Dwight is looking forward to a great career to help raise his new baby boy! Dwight Gammon-Earl Wake Kossman was born April 10th and daddy Dwight was out working the next day! Congratulations Dwight and Holly!

Lone Star Rhinos

R.M. Carmen Rodriguez is proud to report the Rhinos had another GREAT MONTH in March. Thanks to DM’s Lynn Schumacher, George Farhat, Tom DeGroot and Dealers Corey Splonick, Don Metzgar and Jeffrey Herrera. The Lone Star Rhinos welcomes Brent Juryla and Michael Evans to the Rhino family.

DM, Tom DeGroot took Brent Juryla out in the field and had a victory his first call of the day. Tom sold an ISLED-50 Combo. DM, George Farhat took Michael Evans out in the field and had four lite-ups and on their way back home around 7:00 p.m.saw a great call that ended in a victory. George sold a Model 48 to an Ice House.

Jeffrey Herrera knows that lite-ups are the way to success. Jeffrey is starting to think BIG and wrote his first BIG contract. He helped an Automotive Shop with a Model 48 and two 8’ EMC’s giving him a commission of $2,391 and a watch.

Don Metzgar is setting high standards for himself and continues to lite em’ and write em’! Don has received his first GRAND-A-DAY. Don continues to stay focused on lite-ups and helping people. DM’S George, Lynn and Tom are doing what they do best and leading their teams by example and setting up showcase locations. The Lone Star Rhinos are growing, growing and expecting to grow even BIGGER!!!

Chicago All-Stars

Persistence is a must to be a Chicago All-Star. Randy Bennett placed a Model 44 to earn $400 in commission. The owner of the new Model 44 wanted to speak with RM Henry Velez about his salesman. “Mr. Henry, Mr. Henry, I told him to leave and he wouldn’t. Everyone else leaves when I tell them to but not Randy. You must have taught him too well!”

Jed Profeta placed a Model 68 with a 38 Marquee. Jed kept building value and convinced the owner a Signtronix sign was better than any local sign he could get! For his persistence, Jed took home $1500 in commission!

Tony Kim is also using his All-Star persistence to place new panels. The owner asked him to “come back tomorrow”. Tony said, “Sir, I’m not an order taker, I’m a salesman. By the time I come back tomorrow, I’ll have spent more money on gas and have to charge you more for the sign.” The owner quickly agreed and said, “Write it up”!

Ron, Henry, Mark, Randy, Claire, Lee and Paul

Pensacola Blue Angels

There are “Miles of Smiles” in the Panhandle of Florida as the Pensacola Blue Angels continue to GROW and Lite-Up the happy customers they are lucky enough to meet everyday. Their rewards have been awesome!

Kelly and Vann Watson are smiling over a Three Grand-A-Week Plaque and a Brand New Gold Watch.

Darrel and Dilma Barnhill have that same winning look with a Two Grand-A-Week Plaque and a Brand New Gold Watch.

DM Rick Buchanan is beaming with Blue Angel Pride now that he has received his plaque for achieving Number ONE DM in January.

All of these rewards came after a breakfast meeting with RM Robert Prujan. They all watched the new video for next years Rewards Trip and made the “PLAN” so that they ALL can be there next February.

New guy Chris “Nix” Niksch (pronounced like the NY Knicks) is already falling into formation and ready to join this Party Hardy Group in Mexico in 2008!

Texas Trailblazers

Gas Cards Are Going Out Left and Right to the Texas Trailblazers. March was a busy month for Trailblazers with gas cards being won by Will Welsh, Tony Charles, Cheryl Zimmer, Greg Reed and Greg Duck. Many other orders were written as well.

Will Welsh had at least 8 contracts and 4 gas cards in March and is still going strong. He has written two Channel Designers in two days and thinks he’s found a little slice of heaven by adding Designers to existing Channel Letter signs. Congratulations to Dick Gann on his first solo contract, an LED-40 with lots of overage!

Atlanta Bulldogs

The Bulldogs want to congratulate new dealer Alek Cheban for getting his Ice Breaker! He placed a LED-40 at a Clothing Store. The owner had very poor credit, but that didn’t scare Alek away! He showed the owner a cash offer. Not only did the store owner say YES, he gave Alek $350 CASH for the deposit. TWO more pups break the ice! Sam Cook left the pack to work solo and placed an LED-40 with $500 of the “Show me the Overage”! New pup Greg Corkron had so much fun with the group on the road, he decided to go out alone on a Saturday and it paid off! He got his ice breaker pin for an LED-40 Combo with $500 more of that “Show me the overage”! Welcome new Bulldogs!

Congratulations to Jamie Scott! He is the winner of the Atlanta Bulldog’s “Top Dawg” Contest! For placing TWO LED-40 Combos with OVER $1000 overage last week, he won a $100 gift card to Best Buy!

“Big Dawg” Billy Bobb pocketed $680 on a Model 66 Panel Replacement by adding $1000 overage! On an outing together, Jamie and Billy were able to help a former customer who had previously purchased the IS-40 for his window. After Jamie was finished, the owner was ready to add the LED-40 underneath it! Billy also placed a Model 46 with a little bit of “show me the what”? Try $1800 of overage! That made for a nice stack of hundred dollar bills in his pocket.

Greg Corkron experienced his first day in the field along side the big dawg, RM Taylor Hall. They went into a Locksmith business, and the owner had been thinking about RENTING some EMCs for $1600 a month… that is until Taylor showed him that he could OWN them for much less! They left the business with a contract for a double-sided 8ft EMC with $1200 in “show me the overage”! Needless to say, Greg is ready to hit the road running!

Georgia Golden Eagles

RM Joel Froeschle and his Georgia Golden Eagles, joined RM of the Atlanta Bulldogs Taylor Hall and his team for a road trip. What a great reunion since Taylor started out as a Golden Eagle!

Joel was working with Alek Cheba, a Bulldog, and sold an ISLED-40 to a Golf Shop. But the important thing was Joel beat Alek in a putting contest! Joel and Taylor sold an ISLED-40-4 to a New Restaurant in town. James Johnson was working with the newest Golden Eagle, Sabrina Smith, when they sold 2 ISLED-40s to a Furniture Store!

Joel Froeschle and James Johnson

James had a big sale placing a Model 612 and a Message Center. Bob Robinson also sold a Model 3212 to a Night Club.

Iowa Barnstormers

New Dealer Charles Anderson was on his 2nd lite-up of his career and had a couple of gals excited. The owner didn’t take his offer but a customer, who watched the entire presentation, begged him to stop by her husband’s shop. Charles left the shop with a contract for a Model 510. What made this icebreaker so memorable? The owner asked a second time, “No really, who do I make the check out to?” The owners were so thrilled that it didn’t bother them they were still at the shop late, on their ANNIVERSARY. That’s a $1400 icebreaker!

After 2 days in the field without a sale, Charles wanted to get back in the car with his RM Jeff Van Horn. Charles lit up a party store, where the owners loved the sign but told Charles they had 3 problems. We have terrible credit, we have no money to give you, and we don’t make any decisions on the spot. That is quite a spot for a new rep. Jeff stepped in and asked them if they believed the sign would help them, and they agreed it would. “Great, then we only need to do 3 things”. They ran the credit and it was o.k. Then they took care of steps 2 and 3 in the same breath. “If I can take a lesser deposit, will you do a testimonial and can we earn your business today?” We’ll do it. He then sold a Combo and a Model 45 Panel Change to Dry Cleaners.

Jeff pitched in with an LED-40 to a ‘Make it and Take It’ Food Preparation Business. 2 days, 9 light-ups and 3 sales was the ‘polish’ Charles was looking for.

Sierra Nevada Renegades

A big Signtronix welcome to a new region, the Sierra Nevada Renegades! RM Jason Martininez is heading up this new region in Nevada and already hiring fantastic dealers.

St. Louis Road Warriors

DM Matthew Theriault-Thompson and wife Melissa found out that they’re expecting…twin boys!!! Congrats! “Guess he’ll be out in the field a little earlier each day. His household expenses just went up,” said RM Dave Grossman.

DM Bob Hollen finished up the month of March with 2 locations totaling $14,550. Matthew also finished up with 2 locations totaling $14,360. Keith Hudson did the same, but his total was $23,563. Bill Childers chipped in with an 8’ EMC for $5,510, and Ed Edgerton placed an LED-40 for $2,400. A new Dealer in “Wild Bill” Childers’ district, Devin White placed two showcase locations in his first week out in the field! Better watch out! The Timberwolves are howling again!

DM Bill Childers and Devin White

Carolina Panthers

DM Bill Bennetti was out with a back injury the first two weeks of March, but the last two weeks he wrote $50,000 in volume, made $10,000 in commission and got a $7,000 playground for his kids…for free! He is also the #1 District Manager for Contracts!

RM Paul Shawley and Bill Bennetti are extremely proud of Chuck Walker for his tireless efforts. He now has four contracts and will soon be the new Panther superstar! Karen Bailey, a new Dealer, broke the ice (on a Saturday) with a Model 46 including lots of overage! She found $972 in her pocket that wasn’t there before! Scott Saunders broke the ice with a Model 3212 and found $550 in his pocket for a day’s work!

Roger Paul, Karen Bailey and Scott Saunders

The Panthers are also excited to welcome Tom Wolfe. Lonnie Meizner continues to be the consummate road warrior. Sam Casey continues to write orders and is a leader in our region and continues to be an example of someone who walks his talk.

Paul will be going to the VA Clinic at Duke University in Durham, NC on April 26th for his treatment. Paul, we wish you the best in the next two months!

Arkansas Diamonds

Arkansas Diamonds have found a new gem! Sonny Holderbaugh has sold 7 contracts his first 2 weeks out in the field and then broadened his horizon by helping out a Tanning Salon with a Model 38 and an 8ft EMC.

DM Kirnan Lewis placed a pair of 8’ EMC’s while stopping at every business on his 24 call sheet. During his 2nd lite-up of the day, he pocketed $2200.

DM Mark Netherton continues sending in orders. He stopped at a business that had 2 of our Model 34’s. With his artistic abilities he was able to write up both re-panels. Later that evening he sold a Model 48 to a happy customer and pocketed a handful of $100 bills.

RM Howard Foy and Sonny Holderbaugh

The dynamic duo team of Daniel and Joy Combs came down to Memphis to assist RM Howard and CC Foy with training their new class. Howard asked them to turn in contracts to the new Class of Diamonds, so they could see what this opportunity was about. Daniel and Joy did just that. They walked in on Wednesday and laid $1800 on the table!

South Florida Hurricanes

RM Mike Carter placed an ISLED-40 to continue leading his Hurricanes. DM Dave “Richie” Rich and Jesse Perez were out on a “simulated” road trip! What exactly is a simulated trip you ask? Well, Dave and Jesse were only minutes from home but simulated road trip behavior! They filled out their 24 call sheet, diligently worked all week and got great results! They visited 27 businesses, did 14 lite-ups and sold 3 contracts!

Jesse Perez sold four LED-40s in one weekend then followed it up with an LED-40 Combo to a Hair Salon only to sell another LED-40 to another Hair Salon! $4200 in commissions made Jesse a happy man!

New England Supernovas

DM Roland Dumont had a little streak going, but it wasn’t luck… it was hard work and dedication! Starting at the end of a week he sold five days in a row! Three days alone and one of those days was Saturday. The other day he worked with Rhode Island Star Charissa Legault and one day with another Rhode Island Star John O’Donnell.

RM Milt Mannix says, “Way to go Rhode Island!” Way to make your own luck!
