Signtronix… Choose Positive!

Everyday you make a choice. You can follow a negative path in life, or you can make the positive choice.

Altogether too many of us greet each day without choosing to be positive and when the day is done, we have accomplished little that will make a difference. Each day when we get out of bed, we should choose to live that day in a positive manner. It shouldn’t matter what the weather is outside, or what’s in the news or what’s happening at work. We can look at life from a positive side or a negative side and only a fool chooses the negative.

Have you ever looked at something through the wrong side of a pair of binoculars? Everything looks far away and small and yet if you look in the other side, everything is close up and big. It’s the same pair of binoculars; you’re just looking at it from two different sides. That’s the way it is with the choices we make in our lives. We are acting on information that is largely colored by our choices. We do things as the result of those choices; we make friendships as the result of the choices we make; we work our jobs, as our choices would dictate.

Choose to have a positive self-image. When we see ourselves as individuals who can accomplish anything, there’s much more of a chance that we will accomplish something!

Choose a positive work life. If we choose a positive path, we tend to influence our co-workers and ourselves toward greater heights. If we’re the boss, we can choose to have a significant effect on the people who work for us… simply by choosing a positive path. We’re especially lucky here at Signtronix to have such incredible people we work with – customers and fellow dealers – on a daily basis.

Choose to have a positive family life. We can choose to always be positive with our families and always reflect that positive outlook when dealing with our family.

Signtronix Manager finds out Highway 50 is Paved with Gold

For Jaymes R Highway 50 from Pueblo, Colorado to Dodge City/Garden City, Kansas is paved with gold. Jaymes finished his last day of November on the road to Kansas (or so he thought). Before he got out of Colorado he sold two orders on November 30th a Model 46 to a Drop Off Laundry and a Model 46 panel change to a Mexican Restaurant finishing November with 14 contracts. On the road again on December 1st, his first week he sold a Model 46 to a Coffee Shop, a Model 56 to a Liquor Store and another Model 46 to a Hair Salon.

24-Call Sheet Success by Signtronix

Why is it more effective to write a 24-call sheet than to write down the business name as you pull in the parking lot?

It’s all about commitment. When you write down 24 businesses, you’ve committed to yourself that you will call on those owners. Think of the 24-call sheet as a list of sales goals. Brian Tracy said, “Committing your goals to paper increases the likelihood of your achieving them by 1000%.”

Chicago Signtronix RM Loves Golden Leads

Chicago All Stars Regional Manager Henry V is busy paving the streets of Chicago with GOLD! Stacey E has been sending numerous leads Henry’s way. Knowing the value of each and every lead, Henry takes this job very seriously and continues to line his pockets with GOLD also! Henry recently followed up with Stacey to let her know he has sold 6 of the last 6 leads Stacey has given him. Four of them were panel changes, one was an indoor sign and the other was an outdoor sign. With his pockets full of money, Henry is ready to welcome in the holiday season and tells Stacey to “keep the leads coming”. Nice job everyone!

Chocolate Seals the Deal for Signtronix Rep

St. Louis Road Warriors Seth M and Jon M were out working last Friday when they called on a Consignment Boutique. During the presentation the owner happened to mention she wished she had a McDonald’s coffee. Remembering what Vernie B had told him about “giving women chocolate,” Seth asked the customer if she would like some “chocolate espresso beans”.

Blazing a Signtronix Trail

Regional Manager Michael W and the Arizona Dream Catchers welcome new dealers. They are fresh off of training with Roger P in Phoenix. They are John M, Fred A, Michael J, Eric O, Ray M and Chris F. All six are very motivated and excited to make Signtronix their future. “I have not seen a more focused group of new dealers,” says Michael.

Michael W and Doug D were out prospecting in their home town when they came upon an Italian Restaurant in need of their help. After showing the sign samples, Doug pulled out an LED and placed it in the restaurant’s window and had the owner walk outside. When they reached the road, they both turned around and saw the sign blasting out the owner’s lunch specials to the cars driving by. The sign had been specifically programmed with information especially for the restaurant. The owner immediately turned to us and said, “Where do I sign?” He purchased an LED-60SX.

District Manager Kirnan L and Dealer Doug B ended their week in Jacksonville, Arkansas. After lighting up everything from Bowling Alleys to Lube and Oil Shops, Coffee Shops to Insurance Offices, this Arkansas “Diamond Duo” was able to send in contracts for very happy customers. TAP Superstars Allison H and Cynthia V were a tremendous help. Kirnan said, “These two Ladies are real professionals at what they do! Their help is quick, to the point, and they do it without wasting a lot of time.”

Signtronix Update: The South is Rising Again

South Carolina Regional Manager Wes S is proud of his new dealers! Everybody has been motivated to get out in the field everyday and show off what they all consider the next best thing to sliced bread.

New dealer Rebecca L was so excited about our company that she had to get out in the field ASAP – even though she hadn’t even finished her classroom training. On her first day in the field alone, Rebecca’s first lite-up was not able to spend the time with her but suggested that she stop by and visit with the Tire Shop.
