I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I love my sign! You and your wife did an excellent job with the design and even followed up after the sign was delivered. It’s not often that you find representatives committed to the type of quality and service you and your company have shown.
As I told you when you were here, I did not believe that the sign would increase my business. After all Ipswich has less than 1,000 people, and I have been in business here for 10 years. I bought the sign because I was in need of a good sign for my business, and I was impressed with the quality and design of your signs. Wow, was I wrong! The sign immediately increased my customer traffic and sales. I saw 38% increase with walk-ins in the first 3 months! I also had six people who have lived here all their lives stop in and tell me that they never knew I was here. A couple of them even bothered to mention that they had been driving 30 miles into Aberdeen to get their flowers.
The results of my Mother’s Day sale were the most impressive! I saw a 300% increase in sales over last year on Mother’s Day alone using the sign as my only advertising.
