Dear Signtronix,

In 1996 I started my business in a very very small store in downtown Newcastle. The store was small and parking was even worse. In 1998 we had a fire and I had to move to a new location. I moved my business to 1903 West Main. It was a much better location and parking was great. I bought a new outdoor sign from Signtronix at that time. It helped bring in new customers and helped my business grow bigger.

My dream has always been to own my own building for my business. In 2001 my dream came true. I bought my own building and moved to 2007 West Main. It really helped, it has a drive up window and I got a liquor license.

The first sign I bought from you is nice I still have it in front of my new building. In January of 2002 I bought a new and much bigger Signtronix sign from you to put on top of my building “It says it all” everyone remarks about it. New and old customers remark how you can see it from any direction you come from. It not only makes the store look better but business has picked up drasticly as you said.

Landscaping Signs Help Grow Business – Signtronix

Dear Sirs:

Within the first few weeks after installing my Signtronix sign, several new customers have come to my business because they noticed the lighted sign.

Because my office is located approximately 300 feet from the highway, it was probably over-looked by many people who drive the same route very day. But the new, well-lighted sign with bright clear letters attracts their attention from the highway and most all receive the wanted message. With the words “Quality you can trust” and the Better Business insignia, the new sign lets everyone know that this is an honest and reliable business.

The electrician who connected the power to the sign said it was one of the best quality signs he has helped install.

I am very glad I purchased the Signtronix sign and feel it will pay for itself several times a year.

Enclosed is the store traffic survey and the before and after picture for Busters Drive In and the new sign.

The response has been very positive from our customers on the new sign and the colors and design.  We have had several inquires about where we got it.  The Signtronix sign really brightens up the front of the building in the evening which was a problem in the past.  Thank you for a product that is everything we were told it would be bright with colorful graphics.

We received out “Beautiful New Sign” within 3 weeks of ordering it and have now had it in place for approximately 3 weeks. We are extremely pleased with it.

Several of the community residents have remarked about what a delightful sign we have installed. Our location is at an intersection of 5 different streets/highways. Prior to installing this sign, our building blended into the landscape. Now we are visible from all directions and we have seen an increase in business as a direct result of installing this sign.

More customers are coming into our business every day by seeing our new sign that we installed recently. Out of the first 30 new customers we surveyed 12 said they saw the sign and how good it showed up and stopped to check us out.

Several of our local customers commented on our new sign and how easy it was to see. Since installing our sign we have estimated our new growth at about 20% increase. Thanks for your help in making our business grow.

Signtronix – Survey Says … 11 out of 15!

Dear Signtronix:

I hardly know where to start!

I’ll start with the survey. As you can see, according to the survey, 11 out of the first 15 new faces in my store came in because of your sign. I found that amazing! That’s over 73%. And I’m still seeing new faces because of your sign.

But that’s not the half of it – most of those “new” faces have now become steady customers who are bringing in more clothes and customers! Sales are definitely up and continuing in that direction! Thanks!

To Signtronix.

My business was pretty slow, & I was seriously considering closing it. The store just wasn’t getting many customers, so I began to Pray & I asked the Lord what I can do. I have ads in all the papers, I’ve advertised over the local radio station, passed out business cards, went and bought a lighted letter sign, and put in front of my store & Family and friends was telling people they knew about my store, and told them they needed to come and check it out. Then the gas bills started coming in & they were so high I couldn’t believe it.

I said Lord my business is really slow and now I am getting these really high gas bills what can I do? Well a few days latter a salesman by the name of Andrew from Signtronix came into the store; I was pretty leery at first but decided to listen to him. He told me how important it is to advertise, and to have the right advertising tools.

Andrew started explaining to me about the sign Signtronix, has and how he thought it might help to draw in more Customers. After we talked for a while I decided to go ahead and get a sign and see if it would help, after a couple of days I had Customers at my store admiring the sign & telling me they didn’t even know I was here, So Thanks to my Lord, and Signtronix, I am able to keep my business open, the business is really starting to pick up now, THANK YOU JESUS, AND THANK YOU SIGNTRONIX FOR SAVING MY BUSINESS.

Signtronix Indoor Window Sign Thank You

Dear Sir or Madam:

We opened our store on June 19, 2006. Ninety-nine percent of our customers & window shoppers specified that they didn’t know we were here until they walked by our store front. Most of our customers are walking by just looking for something to do, so we were excited when we saw you illuminated 3-D sign. Granted we have not been opened for very long however, we’ve spend thousands of dollars in newspaper ads that do not pay even pay for themselves. Out Signtronix display is bright enough to be seen through our window on a sunny day, and illuminates the store during the evening so that passerby traffic can see our sign.

Catherine SchermeisterAs we were completing the survey we did get several people who didn’t acknowledge the Signtronix display as the reason they came into our store, but they had admitted to not seeing our ad in the newspaper. I am chalking that up to subconsciously seeing our sign. It took several weeks for the Signtronix display to arrive, so as luck has would have it, the sign arrived after the tourist season ended. Therefore, I cannot say that it’s increased our traffic but it definitely has drawn in the few people left in the ghost town for the winter.
